Members of What?

The Hatchery has very few full time employees. Most of our developers, engineers and other skilled professionals are shareholders in The Hatchery and / or one of it's products.

Membership is by invitation only. We select experts from numerous fields and disciplines to work with us on a number of projects and in return for the time they spend contributing to those projects, our members receive shares in that product and ultimately also probably shares in The Hatchery. In that way, our members secure for themselves a quarterly annuity income from the sales of their product as well as a biannual dividend declared against the profits of all The Hatchery's products.

You Want to Join?

Since membership is by invitation only, we typically only consider people that come with strong references and a track record of success in their area of expertise. If you think you should be considered but have no links to The Hatchery through existing members or partners please email members[at]thehatchery.co.uk with your CV and a covering letter justifying your application. We can't guarantee you a position in the company but we will look at your skills and the projects we are currently working on and decide whether to issue you with an invite.
